About me
Hi! I’m an experienced Technical Leader and Software Architect with over 14 years in the IT industry. I currently lead and support two engineering teams, helping them grow, deliver value, and build sustainable solutions.
My background includes working as a Software Architect, Senior Engineer, and Scrum Master, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both technology and team dynamics. I specialize in building high-performing teams, improving software architecture, and driving engineering excellence.
I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Management and am a certified Professional Scrum Master. I’m also passionate about knowledge sharing — which is why I started this blog.
Outside of work, you’ll find me contributing to open source, exploring new ergonomic keyboard setups, or recharging through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running, and cycling.
This blog is a space where I reflect on the challenges and lessons of engineering leadership — from managing people and projects to shaping culture and driving change. Whether you’re an aspiring manager or a seasoned tech leader, I hope you’ll find insights and inspiration here.
