Newsletter. If you subscribe, MailerLite stores the email address you submit and related delivery data such as subscription status, timestamps, and whether you opened or clicked an email. That is how the Friday email is sent.
Website analytics. The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. This may include approximate location, device, and referral information. It is used to improve the content, not to sell profiles.
Forms and email. If you email hello@engineeringleadership.tech, that message stays in ordinary email correspondence.
The site does not run advertising networks and does not sell personal data.
